Is there any rooms available?

Are pets/furparents allowed?
Yes! We are a pet-friendly apartment. However, to keep things fair, owners are subject to our rules and regulations written in our contact. Fees may apply.
Do you require a contract?
Yes. For non-daily rentals, we have a one-year rental contact. We require 2 month deposit and 1 month advance payment. Deposit Installment is subject to approval.
How much does it cost monthly?
Our rooms can range from as low as P5,000/month to P7,000/month, exclusive of utilities and surcharges. Kindly message us for the latest available rooms and their rates.
Does the rooms have their own kitchen and bathrooms?
No. Each floor has a common cr and a centralized laundry area located at the 4th Flr.
Do you have Wi-Fi/Internet?
Yes, we provide internet connection for a fee that will be added to your next bill.
Do you allow visitors?
Visitors are generally allowed during designated hours, subject to house rules. Overnight stays are subject to overnight fees.
